If an error has been made by our company in relation to an order we will gladly pay for re-shipment (by standard / traceable delivery).
If you simply change your mind after ordering and decide that you no longer wish to try a product please contact us as soon as possible. If we receive your cancellation notification before your order is processed then no charges will be made to your account. If we receive your cancellation notification after your order is processed (but not sent) then a full refund can be processed. If your order has already been shipped please refer to our return policy (above).
