INOSITOL



Information and Facts

Inositol is a water soluble member of Vitamin B complex. It is not regarded as a true vitamin in man as the body can synthesize it. Also known as Bios I, Myo-inositol. There is a high concentration of Inositol in the brain, stomach, kidney, spleen, liver and heart. It is present in cereals and vegetables as Phytic Acid.
