The flavones are water soluble factors that include Rutin, Hesperidin, Quercetin, Nobiletin, Tangeritin, Sinensetin, eruiodicytyol, Heptamethoxy Flavone, Myricetin, Kaempferol. Originally called Vitamin P. The flavones always accompany Vitamin C in foods.
