MUSCLE GAIN FORMULA
This
MUSCLE GAIN FORMULA is super rich, so work
out what suits your digestive system best, maybe if it's too rich
then use less and dilute.
This Formula contains within its range of ingredients absolutely
all nutrients required to build all body cells and tissues, in
particular Amino acids, lipids, vitamins and minerals.
The Formula has two parts, the first is freshly made and the
other from a "pre-mix" that you have mixed up and
stored in a sealed jar
BLEND up a fresh mixture of the following ingredients and then
top--up to the volume you like.
Part 1Fresh Ingredients
1
cup Fullcream whole fresh milk or soy milk
1 Whole fresh chicken egg
1 to 2 ripe Bananas
1 teaspoon MALT
1 teaspoon TAHINI
1 to 2 teaspoon HONEY
1 to 4 teaspoon FULLCREAM
1 to 2 teaspoon NUTS finely crushed
25 mL ALOE VERA fresh is best
To this add 5 to 20 drops of EACH of the following COLD PRESSED
oils
LINSEED OIL (dietary), sweet ALMOND OIL, WHEATGERM OIL, SAFFLOWER
OIL
NOW from
your pre --mix jar, which contains the following dry ingredients,
add to your drink
Part 2 Dried Ingredients
1 teaspoon
BREWERS YEAST
1 teaspoon CAROB powder
2 teaspoon SOYA BEAN MILK powder
4 teaspoon WHEY powder
4 teaspoon LECITHIN granules
6 teaspoon BEE POLLEN
Drink a
litre or so of this mixture once or twice a day if you can but
remember using that amount of nourishment requires good workouts
or you'll get fat real ly quickly ! ! !
Extra
After you
have been using the MUSCLE MIX FORMULA shown above (or similar) for at least one month
the serious bodybuilder could then include a few drops of the
following liquid Herbal Extracts.
The herbs are Kola Nut, Fucus, Dandelion, Gotu Kola, Ginseng,
Cinnamon, Sarsparilla and Licorice.
The licorice make it taste alright but it goes down best in a
freshly made fruit juice about an hour or so before bed.
