Dosage
Adults: To maintain general wellbeing, drink 20mL (2 dessertspoons) daily. For optimum results, drink 40mL twice daily.
Children 6-12 yrs: Drink 10mL (1 dessertspoon) daily on its own or mixed with juice.
Note
Aloe Vera is best taken on an empty stomach. Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days of opening.
