Directions
Adults: Take 20mls (2 dessertspoons) daily. For optimum results, take 40 mls twice daily. This bottle contains 62 adult servings.
Children 6-12 yrs: Take 10-20mls (1-2 dessertspoons) daily.
Children under 6 yrs: See your natural health practitioner.
Take on its own or mixed with juice. Best taken first thing in the morning or last thing at night on an empty stomach.
