Suggested Use
Infuse 1-2 teabags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-5 minutes before drinking to fully capture the flavour and herbal benefits. Use up to three times daily, best taken before bedtime. Add honey to sweeten if desired. Best without milk.

Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is one of the most widely used herbs as it has an important place in both Western and Eastern herbal medicine. It has hormonal, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antibacterial and antiviral effects and has been shown to stimulate immune system. Therefore Licorice is beneficial for inflammatory and allergic conditions, colds, viral infections, hepatitis, premenstrual syndrome, Addison’s disease, peptic ulcers & various skin conditions.
Spearmint leaf (Mentha spicata) has a menthol aroma and contains essential oils. It has soothing effects which are useful for nervousness and stomach complaint.
Chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla) has been reputed as a popular herbal tea with a strong influence in Europe’s history. It has many beneficial effects including wound-healing, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy. It also acts as a relaxant, aids the digestion and relieves muscle spasm. Chamomile is useful for asthma, hay fever, sinusitis, gastrointestinal disturbances, menstrual and menopausal problems, nervous tension, insomnia & headaches.
Rose hips ( Rosa spp.) are fruits of the rose that appear in late summer or fall. It has a zesty acidic but fruity taste due to the rich amount of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) present. Fresh rose hips are found to contain 60 times as much vitamin C as oranges. This makes rose hips beneficial for preventing infection, improving various skin conditions and aiding stomach ulcers, nervousness, liver problems and rheumatism.
Siberian Ginseng root (Eleutherococcus senticosus) has a long history of use in Chinese medicine as tonics. It has anti-fatigue and anti-stress properties.
