Suggested Use
Infuse 1-2 teabags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-5 minutes before drinking to fully capture the flavour and herbal benefits. Use up to three times daily, best taken before bedtime. Add honey to sweeten if desired. Best without milk.

Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is one of the most widely used herbs as it has an important place in both Western and Eastern herbal medicine. It has hormonal, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antibacterial and antiviral effects and has been shown to stimulate immune system. Therefore Licorice is beneficial for inflammatory and allergic conditions, colds, viral infections, hepatitis, premenstrual syndrome, Addison’s disease, peptic ulcers & various skin conditions.
Chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla) is widely used as herbal tea as it has many beneficial effects. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy, aids digestion and relieves muscle spasm. It is also a relaxant and has wound-healing effects. Chamomile is useful for many conditions including asthma, hay fever, sinusitis, gastrointestinal disturbances, menstrual & menopausal problems, nervous tension, insomnia and tension.
Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) is native to Europe and North America. It has a long tradition use as a sedative and tranquilliser. It helps to relieve anxiety, lower blood pressure, enhance the flow of bile and relax intestinal and other smooth muscles. Valerian is widely used for insomnia by decreasing the time taken to go to sleep and improving quality and length.
Hops herb (Humulus lupulus) has been used to brew beer since Roman times. It is highly valued for their unique properties as it has sedative, soporific, diuretic and antibacterial effects. It also helps to relieve muscle spasm and improve digestion. Hop has been useful for insomnia, restlessness, nervous tension, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease & dyspepsia.
Passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnate) is known to be a depressant to the motor side of the spinal cord. Its effects include slightly reducing arterial pressure and increasing the rate if respiration. Passionflower has narcotic properties and is useful for diarrhoea, dysentery, neuralgia, sleeplessness and dysmenorrhoea.
