- Bayberry is astringent in its action and exhibits a drying effect in the body.
- Golden Seal is anti-catarrhal, tonic to the mucous membranes and anti-inflammatory.
- Eyebright, as its name suggests, has traditionally been used to relieve symptoms that affect the eyes. It possesses anti-catarrhal, astringent and anti-inflammatory properties, also making it useful to relieve nasal catarrh.
- Raspberry contains tannins, giving it astringent properties.

Dosage
For adults: take two capsules three times daily with a meal.
For children age 6-12 years: take one capsule three times daily with a meal.
