A herb used traditionally in Ayurvedic and Chinese herbal medicine to support mental acuity. May also be used as a tonic to assist during periods of mental fatigue. In more recent times Gotu Kola has become popular in treating the symptoms of arthritis. Gotu Kola has been applied topically to assist wound healing, and may also be of assistance when applied to skin conditions. In addition it is thought that it may be of assistance in cases of weakness of the legs.
Gotu Kola is regarded as the most widely used herb in Indian Medicine used as a nerve tonic. An old Indian proverb translated reads; "A leaf or two a day will keep old age away". Part of the herb used is the Whole Herb.

Active Ingredient
- Each ‘Preservative Free’ capsule contains 425mg of Centella asiatica herb powder.
Dosage
- For adults: take two capsules with a meal twice daily.
- For children aged 6-12 years: take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
