In addition to a blend of juniper, rhododendron and sage, similar to LAWUDO, this also contains frankincense (gugul), a resin produced in India, which is often burnt during Buddhist tantric initiations. Also used in Reiki practice. It is the sweetest-smelling incense in the range, but is far from sickly sweet! Just as with LAWUDO, its principal medicinal effects are as a relaxant, and it is used as an adjunct in Tibetan Medicine to relieve stress and anxiety.
