If you purchase a
product from us and are unsatisfied for any reason please contact us,
and then return the unopened product within 30 days of your purchase
for a complete product refund.
Refunds for products
returned do not include postage charges and/or bank clearance fees of
4% for credit cards. Unless the mistake is on our part, in which case
we will refund all charges.
Cancellations
If you change your
mind after ordering and decide that you no longer wish to try a
product please contact us as soon as possible. If you decide to cancel
or return the product without trying it please do so within 30 days. A
20% re-stocking fee applies in this case and postage costs are
non-refundable.
