Licorice
- Tonifies Qi (energy), strengthens digestion, clears heat and toxins and soothes spasms.
Cimicifuga
- Known as Black Cohosh it is the most widely acclaimed western herb for supplying phytoestrogens which have a positive effect in the body, especially during menopause.
Calcium
- Important for hormonal regulation, nerve function and bones.
Bupleurum
- The main herb for stress reduction used in China. For stress, mild anxiety and irritability.
- Also a supreme liver tonic and helps immune system.
Magnesium
- A synergistic nutrient for calcium utilisation and for reducing pain and cramping.
Dioscorea
- Chinese Wild Yam. Balances female system, tonifies Qi (energy), digestion and reproductive function.
Vitamin D
