RETURN POLICY
When you shop with Global Herbal Supplies we guarantee each and every product that we sell!
We offer our customers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy.
Any item can be returned within 30 days of the arrival of the shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods
(excluding shipping charges) as long as the item is returned intact and in the original packaging.
The item must be in a saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited.
Samples or promotional items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
For your assurance, please use a method of delivery that is traceable and provides proof of delivery
as we MUST receive the returned item in order for a product refund to be approved.
Returns received after 30 days may be refused or charged a 20% restocking fee.
If an error has been made by our company in relation to an order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment
or return of the product (by standard / traceable delivery).
All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal / phone orders will be the sole responsibility of the Consumer.
Please submit orders online whenever possible.

If you are unhappy with the results that a particular product provides please inform our
customer support team to discuss the situation and the possibility of a manufacturer's refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you simply change your mind after ordering and decide that you no longer wish to try a product
please contact us as soon as possible. If we receive your cancellation notification before your order
is processed then no charges will be made to your account. If we receive your cancellation notification
after your order is processed (but not sent) then the refund will be less a 5% credit clearance fee,
if payment was made via credit card.

Any personal details supplied to us are kept private and are not given, sold or rented to any third party.
This includes your e-mail address.
Global Herbal Supplies does NOT participate in any form on SPAM mailing / advertising.
If you feel you have received any email from one of our employees that is SPAM please contact us urgently
and we will thoroughly investigate the situation.

for errors in pricing on our website. Permission to reprint, digitally reproduce any page, duplicate text from a page,
